These Terms apply to services offered by getwebsites.in including website design/development, website maintenance/support, and digital marketing add-ons (such as Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization).

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate requirements, content, and approvals on time.
• Provide access to required third-party accounts (domain/hosting, WordPress, payment gateways, analytics, ads accounts) when applicable.
• Ensure you have rights to any text, images, logos, and content you provide.

Timelines and scope

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on scope clarity and timely feedback. Any changes to requirements, pages, features, or content after confirmation may impact timelines and pricing.

Pricing and payments

Pricing is as per the quotation shared on WhatsApp/email. Third-party costs such as domain, hosting, premium plugins/themes, paid stock assets, and advertising spend (Google/Meta) are not included unless explicitly stated.

Refunds and cancellations

No refunds after work starts. Since services are custom and time-based, once a project has started (including research, design, development, or setup work), payments are non-refundable.

Warranty disclaimer

We provide services on a best-effort basis. While we aim for high quality and stability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation in all environments, especially when third-party services or plugins are involved.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levite Tech Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of our services or website.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India (Andhra Pradesh).
